This project is located in the Xinfeiyu Characteristic Park within the Lingang New Area of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone. The site is bounded by Yunrong Road to the north, Haiyang Seventh Road to the south, Haiji Fifth Road to the west, and Haiji Fourth Road to the east.

Lingang New Area is situated in the southeast of Shanghai, bordering Pudong International Airport to the north and Yangshan Deep-Water Port to the south. It is a key node on Shanghai’s coastal transport corridor, boasting convenient integrated transportation links via sea, air, rail, highway, inland waterway, and metro. The new area is defined as the region south of the Dazhi River, east of Jinhui Port, including Xiaoyangshan Island, and the area south of Pudong International Airport. With a total area of 873 square kilometers, it comprises a 386-square-kilometer core zone and a 456-square-kilometer strategic coordination zone, of which the 119.5-square-kilometer Pilot Start-Up Area forms part of the core zone.

The Xinfeiyu Characteristic Park is located within the Marine Science and Technology City area (Unit PDC1-0402) of Lingang New Area, with its southern boundary adjacent to the sea. The area enjoys convenient transportation, with close access to Haiyang Seventh Road, which provides quick connections to major regional arteries such as Haigang Avenue and Nangang Avenue. Home to numerous research institutions focused on technology R&D and scenario-based applications, the park aims to become a global digital economy innovation hub. The enterprise behind this project is a high-tech company specializing in artificial intelligence technology. Its business focus aligns with the industrial planning objectives of the land plot. The project aims to develop a global benchmark headquarters for an AI cognitive intelligence demonstration park.
