Mechanical, electrical and plumbing design coordination and installation.
An in-house MEP team coordinates services with architecture and structure from the design stage, then installs, tests and commissions HVAC, power, lighting, fire, plumbing, drainage and ELV systems.

With procurement officers in China and in Dubai, we source steel, façades, glazing, doors, lighting, MEP equipment and finishes direct from vetted factories — and only choose China when the full landed cost and programme beat the local market.

Which projects does HAO Contracting take on?
Commercial, hospitality, residential, sports and leisure buildings, warehouses and steel structures, and interior fit-out – in Dubai and across the UAE. We act as main contractor or for specific packages such as steel, MEP or fit-out.
Do you work as main contractor or as a subcontractor?
Both. Most of our work is as main contractor with full responsibility for programme, quality and handover, but we also take packages such as structural steel, MEP or fit-out under another main contractor.
How does China direct sourcing lower the cost?
For each major package we get prices from UAE suppliers and from factories in China, then compare the full landed cost – including shipping, duty, inspection and programme. China is only chosen when it gives better value.
Can you handle the authority approvals?
Yes. We prepare and follow the submissions and inspections with the relevant authority for your plot – Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, DEWA, the master developer or the free-zone authority.
How do you keep owners informed during construction?
Through daily site reports with photos, a live programme and regular progress meetings. Owners always know what was done, what is next and which decisions are needed.
How quickly can I get a proposal?
We reply to every enquiry within one working day. Once we have the drawings or have seen the site, we confirm when the written proposal will be ready.
