How long does a villa take to build?
Design and approvals usually take several months, then construction depends on size and finish. Every proposal includes a programme for your villa with the approval and construction stages.
Do you handle the developer NOC and building permit?
Yes. We prepare and follow the submissions with the master developer, Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence and DEWA for your plot.
Can I keep my own architect or designer?
